‘Accidental’ Bi-Products (2021)
“Accidental” Bi-Products explore the theme of intentionality in the making of art through both the careful transcription and composition of residues of drawing and painting, and the manufacture and exploitation of the circumstances that give rise to them. The works explore if the undetermined
aesthetic present within the naturally occurring bi-products of drawing and painting can be achieved and re-created through determined means.
